This coaching is for people who want a clear, thoughtful approach to training that fits into their life, not around it. It is for those who value understanding over guesswork, and who want to know why they are doing what they are doing. You do not need to be experienced or confident when you start. Curiosity, patience, and a willingness to engage with the process matter far more. I work best with people who want to build strength, confidence, and consistency over time, rather than chase short term outcomes. If you are looking for guidance, structure, and a system that adapts as you do, this approach will likely be a good fit.
